But  if you didn't learn a little yesterday, at least you didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die on that note let us all be thankful.

we can see it, understand it, learn from it and change. That way every new moment is spent not regretting, feeling guilt, fear or anger, but in wisdom, understanding and love.
