Ego less meditative Runner

November 22, 2011 an easy 10 mile meditative, run with thoughts from ancient Egypt. The best and shortest road towards knowledge of truth is Nature. For every joy, there is a price to be paid. If his heart rules him, his conscience will soon take the place of the rod. What you are doing does not matter so much, as what you are learning from doing it. · It is better not to know and to know that one does not know, than presumptuously to attribute some random meaning to symbols.

No thoughts, no emotions, no moods, just a silent watchfulness and waiting for whatever existence finds you ready for.

All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in our body. We are the continuation of each of these people. To be born means that something that did not exist comes into existence. Nevertheless, the day we are "born" is not our beginning. It is a day of continuation. Nevertheless, that should not make us less happy when we celebrate our "Happy Continuation Day."

Above all, we must realize the self in order to open the store of unalloyed happiness.

November 9, 2011 an easy 9-mile meditative runs my thoughts according to Osho, if you are living joyously, you are a holy person. That is the sign of wisdom: freedom from desire. Only fools desire. Wise people live and live joyously, but without desire. You can desire or you can live, you cannot do both. If you desire, you postpone living, if you live, who bothers about desiring? Today is enough unto itself.
