Reflection
I sit with myself in quiet,
not to fix anything,
not to chase anything,
but to listen.
The same way I stretch my body,
I stretch my mind.
Not to force it,
not to break it,
but to give it more room to breathe.
I don’t have to explain my thoughts.
I don’t have to justify my dreams.
I let them rise the way breath rises in the chest —
naturally,
without fear.
I speak into openness.
Not because something must happen,
but because speaking keeps me alive.
When I say I am strong,
I feel my spine lift.
When I say I am free,
my shoulders soften.
When I say I am abundant,
my heart remembers how wide it is.
Nothing is wrong here.
Nothing is right here.
It is just energy moving through awareness.
I am not chasing the future.
I am standing inside possibility.
I let my thoughts be big.
I let my silence be deep.
I let my body be present.
In this space,
I am already whole.
I am already moving.
I am already home.
