Reflection

Tuesday Daily Reflection — “Stillness, Motion, and the Infinite Classroom”

Today was another beautiful day — a reminder that time itself is only a concept. I didn’t even realize the time had changed because I’ve become so aligned with nature. My inner being no longer follows the clock; it follows the rhythm of the moon, the sun, and the pulse of the earth. When those divine moments arrive, I simply know.

I rose around 3 a.m., moved into yoga, and felt the energy of Iye Moja and Ogun flowing through my body. By the time I reached 124 push-ups, every cell of my being was awake with sacred life force. As I moved, I realized again — happiness and competition cannot exist together. Where there is comparison, there is ego. And where there is ego, there can be no peace.

Stillness is the true medicine. Every trauma lives in the body, not in the mind — and you cannot numb it, rush it, or replace it with stimulation. You must breathe through it. Sit with it. Let silence do its healing. Healing does not come from shortcuts or substances; it comes from surrender.

Running has taught me that truth. After over 65,000 miles, I now understand the difference between running for speed and running for discipline. Running fast feeds ego; running long feeds the soul. Every 100 miles strips away competition, leaving only humility, patience, and deep communion with God. It’s not about proving anything — it’s about dissolving into the rhythm of life itself. Every step becomes meditation, every mile a teacher.

In that silence, I also remembered that the real classroom is not in books or grades — it’s within the body and breath. Education trains memory, but consciousness trains awareness. True learning begins when you watch the rise and fall of your thoughts and feel life teaching you through stillness. You are the student and the professor, the test and the lesson.

As a boy in Nigeria, I used to wonder who God’s father was — and that question led me to the truth of infinity. God has no father, no beginning, and no end. God is the circle itself — timeless, unbroken, returning always to the same center of light.

Today, as I ran and followed a quiet nudge of intuition, I crossed paths with a man I’d met before — a reminder that divine timing is never random. The universe moves in rhythm with those who listen. Healing happens not through preaching, but through presence — by simply showing up with consistency and light.

And in all of it — the yoga, the running, the reflection — I remembered:

I once looked for God in the sky, but now I see the same sky shining within. The sun, the stars, the moon, and this very breath are all mirrors of one infinite consciousness.

There is no journey outward anymore — only inward, into the stillness that holds everything.

✨ Nature heals when you are quiet enough to hear it.
