TODAY’S REFLECTION — “THE VOICE, THE BODY, AND THE NEW DOOR”
This morning, I moved with silence, with breath, and with the voice inside me.
I only spoke when the voice aligned with my spirit.
I listened, I paused, and anything that did not honor my body, I corrected.
I chose what matched my destiny.
At push-up 61, the words rose in me like prayer:
**“Father God, I beg you, please…
Mother’s name, father’s name…
Moon, give me strength.
