This morning at 5:00 a.m., after returning to 300–500 push-ups on my way to 600 today, my yoga practice revealed again that the body is an intelligent design guiding me beyond ego into deeper pastures of breath, pain, and power, showing me that God is within me—found only in the silence and present moment, not in material things—and even when life presents challenges or moments of rejection, I stay humble, inspired, and at peace, realizing that true spirituality, like running past 26 miles, requires going beyond the surface to discover how little we know and how deeply God speaks through our practice each day; and every breath I take reminds me that God’s presence is already alive inside of me.
