Full Reflection – The Temple Within & Trusting the Journey

This morning, I woke up shocked — 5:30! But something whispered, still do your yoga. By 7:20, I had finished 600 push-ups and found myself sitting quietly in the church. The message came clear: the real temple is me.

After service, I went for my jog, and life unfolded in a way I couldn’t plan. I didn’t question it — I just trusted. The Universe reminded me that when faith, discipline, and surrender align, doors open in the most mysterious ways.

I’m learning to let go of the need to explain or question why certain paths cross my way. I don’t want to judge, I don’t want to speak about anyone — only to speak my truth with respect and peace. Every person I meet, every place I rest, it’s all part of divine order.

Tonight, I rest in gratitude — for the strength within, for the quiet guidance of Spirit, and for the stillness that continues to teach me. The Universe knows my heart.
