Sunday

 Sunday Reflection

I got up around 2:30 a.m., rolled out my mat, and today’s yoga was all about experiment, experiment, experiment. I kept trying new postures until I finally found the one that felt non-egoistic — the one that lets me breathe and just be.

In my sleep, I was already practicing how to hold my body, block negativity, and control emotions. It’s like a door — when the flood of thoughts tries to rush in, I just close it. The more I train my mind, the more I feel this deep sensation through my fingers and my whole body.

I realize this is what it means to seek the answers inside. Even when my back feels tight, I know something beautiful is forming. My body is teaching me patience.

Later, I jogged and kept smiling through the pain, through the healing. I’m learning that not everyone will understand this spiritual fitness — and that’s okay. My work is to stay quiet sometimes, to listen, to keep experimenting, to keep growing.

I’m moving beyond normal. Something deep is awakening inside me.
