Daily Reflection – The Law of Presence
This morning, I rose with yoga as my teacher. Every stretch, every breath, reminded me that the law of life is presence. Yesterday is gone. The past cannot heal me. Only the present moment can.
When I walk into those rooms, I see many still trapped in yesterday. But my spirit is no longer there. My path is rooted in the now. This is what makes me different, and sometimes it unsettles people. Yet the law of presence does not bend for fear, stereotype, or old thinking.
Growing up African, I never imagined that one day I would feel ready for leadership. Yet today, I know in my bones that I could stand for presidency in Nigeria. Because leadership is not about title—it is about discipline, truth, and courage to stand in presence.
This morning, I asked God for energy—the sun, the moon, Oludumare. I realized I no longer need to call on names that don’t feel true to me. Today, I honor God as Oludumare. This is not about judgment, not about rejecting another, but about reclaiming my truth and power.
The law is simple: stand in presence, speak in presence, and live in presence. In that, I am already wealthy. In that, I am already healed. In that, I am already a leader.
