our ordinary lives, underneath all the talking we do, all the moving we do, all

May 27, 2014 inner strength 18-mile meditative run,"Our deepest fear is not that we are
inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our
light not our darkness that frightens us. We ask ourselves 'who am I to be
brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. You are playing small does not serve the world. There
is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel
insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is
within us.It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. In addition, as
we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do
the same.As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence
automatically liberates others."

May 26, 2014 getting back up 18 mile meditative run,”When you fail, do you find it hard to get back up and try
again? If so, you are completely normal. Many people use failure as an excuse
to give up. It is important to understand that failure is a part of the growth
process. How many times does a small child fall over before he finally stands
and eventually walks? The number of falls he encounters is countless, but it does
not stop him from trying! Unlike a child learning to walk, most of us lose that
same ambition to keep trying until we succeed. The next time you are defeated,
think about it as part of a process. Get up and try repeatedly until you move
forward. “

intuition out of fear. Most usually, we are afraid of the changes in our own
life that our actions will bring. Intuitive guidance, however, is all about
change. It is energetic data ripe with the potential to influence the rest of
the world. To fear change but to crave intuitive clarity is like fearing the
cold, dark night while pouring water on the fire that lights your cave. An
insight the size of a mustard seed is powerful enough to bring down a
mountain-sized illusion that may be holding our lives together. Truth strikes
without mercy. We fear our intuitions because we fear the transformational
power within our revelations.”
