September 19, 2011 to silence I arise, followed by an easy 1 mile meditative run. There realization occurrence made itself known to my consciousness that there is nothing dreadful than the habit of doubt because it has the tendency to separates people, disintegrates friendships, breaks up pleasant relations, above all it is a sword that kills.
