March 31, 2014 inner ability 17 mile meditative runs,"I will not die an unlived life. I will
not live in fear of falling or catching fire. I choose to inhabit my days, to
allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible; to loosen
my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my
significance, to live so that which came to me as seed goes to the next as
blossom, and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit."

Just
March 28, 2014 being mindful 17 mile meditative run,”We simply bring our mind to whatever
activity we are doing and observe it in a nonjudgmental way. In running, we can
be mindful of our breathing, the landing of our feet and the swinging of our
arms. Simply coming back to what we are doing is very healthy. The parameters
of mindfulness are "not too tight, not too loose." We should avoid
being either too rigid or so relaxed in how we work with mind and body. As we
run, it is revitalizing and refreshing for the mind when we recognize for just
a moment that we are running, that we are present and breathing. In that moment,
we are not absorbed in worry about the future or regret about the past. Running
provides a way of fresh and immediate technique for realigning our life to what
is happening now.”

Just
March 16, 2014 28-mile meditative run,“Nobody can say anything about you.
Whatsoever people say is about them. However, you become very shaky, because
you are still clinging to a false center. That false center depends on others,
so you are always looking to what people are saying about you. In addition, you
are always following other people; you are always trying to satisfy them. You
are always trying to be respectable; you are always trying to decorate your
ego. This is suicidal. Rather than being disturbed by what others say, you
should start looking inside yourself.”

Just
My
meditative run today brings many things into light that I use to be afraid off,
the what If, or how I am I going too. True running and meditation I have come
to understand necessity and what makes one fulfill from within and growth continuity.
The key to it all is humbleness, which can be extremely hard to practice, but
doable.
March
5, 2014 humble and under the weather 16-mile meditative run”Whether we realize it or not, appreciating the life we live
is a necessity in order to prosper. Appreciating your life is about being
grateful for the people that are in your life that make it better, and the
things that you have, even if they may not be everything in which you may
desire. We must be able to prefer to appreciate the things we cannot have
instead of trying to appreciate things that we would not be able to appreciate.
There are things that every one of us can appreciate as well, including your
health, your family, and the fact that you are alive. Appreciating your life
calls for one to be humble, and calls for one to appreciate the journey to
greatness that they are on, and not just the destination in which they are
heading. Also be willing to show others that you love that you appreciate their
lives as well.”

a train of thought on which you ride, when you are alone and quietly thinking.
The self-worth you feel, as well as the happiness your life brings, depends
upon the direction in which this train is moving, the baggage it carries and
the emotional space through which it travels. Between life’s stimulus and your

wisely you have the power too.”
