October 1, 2011 silence prevail as I arise to the morning followed by an easy meditative 6 mile run, by the time I got to the one mile marker my thoughts up lifted me with is word, just as treasures are uncovered from the earth, so virtue appears from good deeds, and wisdom appears from a pure and peaceful mind. To walk safely through the maze of human life, one needs the light of wisdom and the guidance of virtue.
