I am learning to be here
without needing a story.
I am learning to feel my body
without explaining it.
Every breath brings me back.
Every movement reminds me
that I am alive right now.
I don’t have to prove anything.
I don’t have to defend anything.
I only have to notice.
I notice the way my feet touch the ground.
I notice the way my lungs open.
I notice the way gravity holds me
when I stop resisting.
I used to live inside my thoughts.
Now I live inside my breath.
I don’t reject the world.
I simply don’t cling to it.
I let people be where they are,
just as I let my body be where it is.
There is no rush.
There is no comparison.
There is only this moment
and the quiet truth inside it.
And in this moment,
I am enough.
