Reflecting

Reflection

Today, I slow down enough to feel where I am.

I notice the way my body wakes before my thoughts.

I move, I breathe, and something opens—not because I force it,

but because I allow it.

I look at the moon, and I don’t rush it.

I let it move the way it needs to move.

Somehow, my body remembers how to follow.

I sit with nature, and I realize I don’t need to explain anything.

The pond doesn’t speak, yet I feel it.

The air doesn’t argue, yet it teaches me.

Everything is alive, and everything is connected.

As I move through people, I take in the energy without resistance.

I don’t need to agree or disagree.

I don’t need to correct or compare.

I honor where others are, the same way I honor where I am.

I see repetition not as something to reject,

but as a sign of where the journey currently rests.

Everyone is learning in their own rhythm.

So am I.

Love shows up in many forms.

Sometimes it’s a smile.

Sometimes it’s silence.

Sometimes it’s simply being present without needing anything back.

I no longer believe I am alone.

Nature meets me where I am.

The moment meets me where I am.

And that is enough.

Today, I choose awareness over reaction.

Compassion over judgment.

Presence over noise.

I am exactly where I need to be.

And I am grateful for this moment.
